Old World Naturals Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast
tacos with avocado, queso fresco, cumin and lime crema

Servings 4-6
1 pkg. Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast
roughly chopped
sprouted corn tortillas
queso fresco
8 oz. Vermont Creamery crème fraiche
1/4 t. cumin
1/4 t. salt

FOR THE TACOS:  Roughly chop sliced turkey breast and add a pile to each tortilla. Top with avocado slices and queso fresco. Garnish with chopped scallions and cilantro.

FOR THE LIME CREMA:  Combine crème fraiche, cumin, salt, and 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Drizzle mixture over each taco, and enjoy!
