Old World Naturals Uncured Pastrami
tacos with corn salsa, cumin and lime crema

Servings 4-6
1 pkg. Uncured Pastrami
roughly chopped
white corn tortilla
8 oz. Vermont Creamery crème fraiche
1/4 t. cumin
1/4 t. salt

FOR THE TACOS:  Roughly chop sliced pastrami and add a pile to each tortilla.

FOR THE CORN SALSA:  Grill or boil the corn and slice it off the cob. Combine corn, radish, cumin, and chopped cilantro, stir, and add to each taco.

FOR THE CUMIN & LIME CREMA:  Combine crème fraiche, cumin, salt, and 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Drizzle mixture over each taco, and enjoy!
