Old World Naturals Slow-Cooked Uncured Corned Beef

Servings 4-6
1 pkg. Slow-Cooked Uncured Corned Beef
roughly chopped
white corn tortillas
pickled beets
cotija cheese
chipotle powder
Vermont Creamery crème fraiche

FOR THE TACOS:  Roughly chop sliced corned beef and add a pile to each tortilla. Top with pickled beets and cotija cheese. Garnish with chopped scallion.

FOR THE CHIPOTLE CREMA: To make the chipotle crema, whip chipotle powder with crème fraiche. Drizzle mixture over each taco, and enjoy!
